Riddick Merc File

i thought it would be cool if there were data base files for merc's to look up to find riddick, like on the screens of their jumpers.

basically i figure there is a governing body for all penal systems in the known universe, and its made of a board of the heads of the major penal facilities of each system, and they share information loosely, like the 1st union of governments in babylon 5 or something. and they agree on a basic stat sheet for wanted criminals and stuff that make up 'THE BOOKS' they talk about in riddick and escape from butcher bay, though negociating prices and rates vary from facility to facility based on status of the prisoner and what not.

so this is a digital file of this kinda stat sheet, i used all the known prisons riddick has escaped from as mentioned in pitch black, dark fury, riddick and butcher bay game.
