GL Power Battery wip1

so work in progress on my power battery. no friggin way am i droppin 300 bucks on a replica from JLA trophy room. besides i really want the abin sur one anyway and they dont sell that anymore.

so i never liked that hal jordan's is 2 sided, i know its based on teh old traffic light lanterns from rail roads so it has to be but i didn't like the concept.

i felt one port was better, so i sorta went with one similar to what they gave kyle rayner in Superman: The Animated Series from episode "in brightest day" cuz thats more my taste on how i see this working.

dont forget this is supposed to be a battery, a charger for your ring, nothing more, so why have 2 ports? no 2 green lanterns are really supposed to be in the same sector ever anyway its 1 per sector (unless ur honor guard) so a unidirectional lantern is more me.

i plan to sand down the thinner sections on the extenders its a bit too tall right now, like 14-15 inches, i wanna take it down to like 13. also this WILL light up with a press light which i have to install, but i wanna rewire it so that it can run on a 9v that i can leave in the bottom of the lantern for easy change access.

i'll post final dimensions in the end. got this idea from a dude on thegreenlanterncorps.com message boards. his will no doubt be nicer than mine will look.

for scale u see a blackest night ring to the lower right, and if this works out it was fairly cheap materials so i would consider possibly cheap commission prices, after i post the final pic if u like the outcome just message me about it.
