So this is a quick easy was to do a shoulder bell, best if you use it for cloud strife i think but u really can do whatever.  warning, these dont fit guys who lift or larger people.  more ideally suited for females or younger smaller gents.  if ur big u gotta find a bigger hat or go the old fashioned route.
